ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders are prepared within 48 working hours from the order confirmation date.
If the product is customized or on specific request, delivery times will be agreed upon when ordering between the parties.
If you have chosen to get your product shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and link to track your order from shipment to delivery. If you have chosen to pick up your order in the store, you will receive an email with information on when your order will be ready to collect.

EXTRA EU COUNTRIES 2-3 weeks
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and fees. These additional costs are charged to the customer and should be paid to the local customs office.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return a product, please write to us and explain the reason so that we can make an agreement. The return has to be done within 14 days from when you received your order and you will be responsible for the costs and safe return shipment of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund for the product. In the case of personalized jewelry, agreements will be made before the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without having suffered any damage and without ever having been worn. We recommend that you pack it correctly to prevent it from being damaged during the shipping.

WARRANTY POLICY
All items have a 60-day warranty from the delivery date.
The warranty will apply only in cases where a manufacturing defect is evident and when the damage has not been caused by incorrect use of the jewelry. The item will in any case be studied carefully to determine that the defect was not caused by a faulty usage.
The articles of which an appropriate use has been made will be repaired free of charge within 60 days from the date of purchase, therefore we recommend that you keep your receipt / invoice.
